The Opportunity

We’re recruiting an Area Sales Manager to take full ownership of the North West London region — an established but territory worth around £3 million, with clear potential to grow to £3.5 million+.

You’ll be joining a close-knit Southern Sales Team led by a respected Regional Sales Manager, who values people who treat their area as if it were their own business — taking pride, building relationships, and finding creative ways to grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild and strengthen relationships with retail and merchant showroom customers across North & West London

  • Grow the territory by reconnecting with loyal customers
  • Drive new business by identifying and converting new display and stock opportunities

  • Promote recent and upcoming product launches, including new brassware range and core everyday mirrors

  • Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Treat your area as your own business – leveraging promotions, rebates, and terms to drive sales growth

  • Contribute to team culture by embodying our clients values: Inspire, Achieve, Support, Shine


About You

We’re looking for a relationship-led sales professional with a genuine passion for the bathroom industry and the people within it.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience selling bathroom or KBB products to retail and merchant showrooms

  • A proven track record in business development and account management

  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation to manage your own diary and results

  • The ability to think commercially and offer solutions, not just products

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mentality

  • The drive to reclaim lost business and grow your territory beyond targets


Package & Benefits

💷 Basic Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
🎯 Bonus: £6,000 – £10,000 (quarterly, includes discretionary elements and awards such as ASM of the Year)
