🚀 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-led Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a North West London territory currently worth around £3m, with clear potential to grow to £3.5m+ over the next 12 months.
The previous hire left the area underdeveloped, meaning there’s low-hanging fruit ready for someone with energy, focus, and the right attitude to go out and make an immediate impact.
🧭 What You’ll Be Doing

Re-engage and grow business with key independent and merchant showrooms across North & West London

Grow the territory by reconnecting with loyal customers

Promote new product launches, especially the recent brassware range and an exciting new 2025 product launch

Build long-term relationships — not transactional “rep” sales, but genuine business partnerships

Treat your territory like your own business: use promotions, rebates, displays, and stock orders creatively to drive growth

Work closely with internal teams to deliver a joined-up, customer-first approach
